A Journey of
Reflection & Discovery
It all began when Riyad left a comment on one of the videos posted on our Christian page. His question was straightforward but profound: "If God manifested in the flesh, how could He know about the rest, those not present in His body?"
We responded privately, seeking clarification of his question. Riyad, curious and respectful, wasn't trying to challenge our beliefs but was genuinely interested in understanding more about Jesus Christ and His incarnation. His religious knowledge seemed limited, but his questions came from a place of sincere curiosity.
We explained the nature of God’s divinity and how He revealed Himself through Jesus Christ. We discussed the relationship between the Father and the Son, the concept of "sonship," and the purpose behind the incarnation. We also addressed forgiveness and the verse he cited from the Quran about God not having a son, encouraging him to reflect more deeply on these topics.
Riyad continued to ask thoughtful questions, but often returned to the same ideas, struggling to find clear answers. We focused on encouraging him to reflect on these matters rather than seeking immediate answers.
Eventually, Riyad politely disengaged from the conversation, suggesting that we were trapped in a "vicious cycle" with our beliefs. We reassured him that our goal was not to persuade him, but to share the truth as we understood it, trusting that he would continue to explore these ideas for himself.
In the end, Riyad concluded his messages politely, apologizing once again. His exit was tactical, but the seeds of salvation had been planted. We trust that the truth we had shared would continue to resonate within him, even as he moved forward on his own spiritual journey.
And so, the conversation ended, but not without leaving behind an invitation to further reflection. We continue to pray for Riyad and trust that the path of discovery is one that he will continue to walk, with God's love and truth waiting to be fully understood when the time is right.
