Adam

Adam grew up in a home where Christianity was never discussed. His family followed a different path, and yet, from a young age, his heart seemed to be drawn to something else—something he couldn’t quite explain. In the midst of his non-Christian surroundings, Adam felt a deep, inexplicable connection to Jesus Christ.

He didn't know where to turn or who to talk to. But then, one day, he discovered our social media page Future under Construction. Through the videos, he found glimpses of Christ that stirred something inside him. Around the same time, he stumbled upon an old Bible in his grandfather’s book collection, hidden away in a dusty corner. Intrigued, he began reading it daily. The Sermon on the Mount particularly resonated with him, moving him in ways words couldn’t capture.

Still, Adam was unsure—unsure if anyone would understand, unsure of what this pull in his heart meant. Then, one evening, he took a brave step. He sent a message to our page: “I wish to become a Christian.” His words were simple, but his heart was full of longing. What shocked us most was his young age, and how he had come to this point all on his own, with no one around to guide him.

In our conversation, We explained God’s love for him, the gift of salvation, and the story of Jesus, quoting John 3:16. Each time we asked if he had questions, Adam responded with “Everything is beautiful, please continue.” He wasn’t just asking about the crucifixion or the resurrection—he wanted to understand the deeper connection between the Father and the Son. To help him, we shared a reel about divine fatherhood.

As our conversation continued, we invited Adam to accept Christ into his heart. He prayed, and shortly after, he sent a message: “I felt an amazing feeling.” He was filled with joy and hope, but his questions didn’t end there. He asked about baptism and the Holy Spirit, eager to continue growing in his faith. We explained that baptism is a public declaration of faith, not a requirement for salvation, and encouraged him to immerse himself in Scripture.

But even in his excitement, fear still lingered. Adam shared his worry about what his family might think, and the potential rejection he could face. We listened attentively, offering him comfort and reassurance. To further encourage him, we shared Psalm 23, reminding him of God’s presence and care. Now, as we continue to walk alongside him through discipleship and prayer, We believe with all our hearts that God has incredible plans for his life, and we’re honored to be part of this story.
